decided not to go for the sentosa interview too... cos i dun wish to commit my weekends there. set alarm to wake up just to call the lady up and went back to slp... wanted to make e plastic cover thingy for my hp at the plaza but tat shop nv opn.. upsettin... went over to diners to see the kids.... but too bad couldnt hv a proper conversation with both of them...
went to work at carlton, the district manager, was there to access bryan. then he keep givin me tat funny face la.. asked whether i worked on the day of the customer snapshot. starbucks trn and hire outside pple to go to starbucks store to test the service standard. eg, if cust is greeted in 30s, drink to std weight and temperature, whether there's conversation greeted.. blah blah... anw.. this mth's one, i kanna... tat bugger came 10 plus la.. then hairul the attachment manager was inside the office... but luckily ald got wind tat he'll come 2 hrs b4 closin, ask abt the banana drinks and order tall mocha.
anw.... that guy... talked and asked so much abt the banana drinks.. then suddenly say, 'oh it's too cold for me. i want a tall mocha'. like damn obvious la.. lousy acting skills... so i played along lor... luckily he from ntu so at least got somethin to talk abt... prayed so hard tat i said the correct descriptive words for the banana drinks and tat my drink was cool..
i scored 100%... hee tat's like $50 extra for all on tat shift.. $50 = one day (8.5 hrs) at diners = approx 11 hours at starbucks.... $50 for 10 mins...
how many red bean soup can i buy with $50?
